For anyone lucky enough to have witnessed in person the launch of a space shuttle, most would tell you it is spectacular beyond words.
Perhaps the only thing more exciting would be to actually be on board – feeling the power beneath you as the rockets fire up, preparing to take you on the ride of your life.
So, Michael Stelzner set the bar pretty high when he titled his new book: LAUNCH.
After all, Michael is not an astronaut.
But he is a person who shot for the moon. And got there. In less than two years.
In the book, Michael shares stories about how, in a matter of months, he launched one of the most popular blogs in the world and became a social media superstar.
But the book is not really about Michael. Or the internet. Or social media.
It’s about you.
If you’re an entrepreneur. If you’re an artist. If you’re an activist.
If you’ve got an idea.
Launch will take you to new heights.
The Right Stuff
I love Michael’s blog, SocialMediaExaminer.com, but I had no idea what to expect from his book.
Writing short posts, or hiring others to do so, is a completely different skill set than writing a book that is compelling throughout.
Turns out, he’s got the right stuff.
How do I know?
Guess what. I haven’t even finished Michael’s book yet.
But if I get nothing more out of it – not another drop – he’s already set me on a new trajectory and given me fresh fuel.
Houston, We’ve Got A Problem
I’m in the book.
I’d like to tell you that that’s the highlight.
It’s not. Not even for me.
But if you want to know why I got a mention…well, it’s on page 203.
If curiousity alone is enough to tempt you to read the book – I know you will feel richer for having done so, and I will feel richer for having played a part.

There is no doubt, in reading the book, that Michael is enjoying the ride of his life. But what is most exciting about his journey, is that he wants to take you along.
He shares a principle that is surprisingly simple. And a proven formula for success.
It’s not common practice — but reads like common sense.
Just Take It…One Small Step
I will be interviewing Michael in the next few days and perhaps I should have waited to post this review at that time.
But I couldn’t wait. And neither should you.
Buy the book…
Then buckle up. Buckle down.
Prepare for lift-off.
And enjoy the ride!
Have you ever read a book that’s made a difference in your life??
I’d love to hear about it. Please share in the comments…
